England & Wales DBS, Disclosure Scotland and Access NI checks
There are three levels of DBS checks and we are able to provide you with all of these.
1. Basic
A check of the Disclosure and Barring Service database for criminal records, not including spent convictions.

2. Standard
The standard check will look at spent as well as unspent convictions as long as they are not filtered out and will include any reprimands or cautions on the central Police National Computer.

3. Enhanced
The most detailed DBS check and includes all relevant convictions and cautions on the police systems as well as any locally held police intelligence.

International Criminal Records Checks
ECRIS check
A check of the European Criminal Records Information System (ECRIS) which Includes multiple EU Criminal record certificates per application/price, where the applicant has lived in more than 1 EU state for more than 6 months
£99 per applicant
International Criminal Records Check
These vary widely dependent upon the state the applicant was resident in and is priced on a case-by-case basis, however, you can expect a charge of £40 for 100 states
US criminal records check
Each state has its own rules and service levels for checks so this service is priced on an individual level.
We can usually provide a report on each state applicant has resided in for 6 months or more.
How it works
One off checks
if you choose a one-off check click “Get started” and you’ll be taken to our shop where you can choose and pay with debit/credit card or make an online bank transfer (BACS) where more convenient.
You will then be sent a link to our DBS online application form for your applicant once payment is confirmed.
Online account
Where you need ongoing screenings you can open an account at no extra cost.
To use the online service, we will provide you with secure login credentials where you simply enter your candidate’s name and email address and select the required service from our drop-down menu service list.
Your candidate will then recieve an email and clicks on the link to complete their application and we do the rest.
