BS7858 checks
Our BS7858 checking service is carried out to ISO9001 standards and include
*5 years of referencing (Inc. education, employments, unemployment, self-employments, etc)
*Any gaps over 31 days covered with evidence documents from the candidate
5-year UK Financial Check
*Identity Checks to include as a minimum
*Verification of the MRZ code on right to work
*Proof of ID documents
*Proof of address checked against details & credit check
*UK sanctions check
*SIA license verification/ DBs check or without where your applicants already have an up to date DBS to hand (within recent 12 months)
Fast turnaround – low price
Where all the required information is made available, VSC will complete and return all files within a maximum of 21 working days, however we target sign off and return within 10.
Pricing
The price of BS7858 screening is highly dependent upon speed. We like to think that we have hit the middle ground between a fast service and an affordable cost.
BS7858 pricing is as follows;
BS7858 report with SIA license (or where applicants already have a recent DBS check) £85.00*
BS7858 report with full Basic Disclosures £134*
*Price includes a maximum of 5 History references in the required 05-year period. Any additional references will be at a charge of £15. Where UK Credit checks are part of your screening product, up to 5 addresses will be included in price. Additional Addresses searched will be charged at £5 each.

How it works
We have two methods of working with our clients;
One off checks
if you choose a one-off check we will send you 2 links;
1. A link to our invoice, from where you can either ‘clicknpay’ with debit/credit card or make an online bank transfer (BACS) where more convenient.
2. A 2nd link to our BS7858 online application form, will then be sent to each applicant once payment is confirmed.
Online account
Where you need ongoing screenings you can open an account at no extra cost.
To use the online service, we will provide you with secure login credentials where you simply enter your candidate’s name and email address and select the required service from our drop-down menu service list.
Your candidate will then recieve an email and clicks on the link to complete their application and we do the rest.
