Some roles are regulated and require a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) to be carried out prior to employment. In the security sector, the BS7858 standard sets out the best practices and requirements for those employed in security, with a focus on protecting the public and setting high standards for security employees. Both BPSS checks include right to work checks, criminal record checks and employment checks, with DBS checks available as required.
BS8406 checks are specifically targeted at the event industry, to ensure that the security and stewarding teams have been vetted before they look after your attendees. Our expert screening team is here to help with pre employment background checks, including BPSS, BS7858 and BS8406.
