You see what we see! With our own, in-house development team, Checkback is powered by our proprietary vetting software, with bespoke, fully-GDPR compliant Client and Applicant Dashboards. We prioritise the Applicant journey, by reducing their footprint, whilst ensuring the Client remains fully informed and compliant as the Data Controller. Our vetting software is entirely online, supporting a paperless process and with real-time Client tracking functionality.

Compliance at the core

We hold all major Quality Standards, including ISO 9001, ISO27001, DIAFT and Cyber Security Essentials. We are a pre-approved provider of Home Office IDV and Right to Work checks. Vetting standards are hard-wired into both the Client and Applicant dashboards reducing human error and turnaround times. All data shared with 3rd parties, including Clients, Applicants and Inspectorates, such as DBS, credit agencies, DVLA and the Home Office, is fully encrypted at source.
